Meet The Hosts

Originally from the Chicago area and then Boston, I finally moved to Florida as a young teenager. After College, I began my broadcasting career in Tampa, Florida as a radio  traffic reporter, and then transitioned into tv.   Additionally, I had worked at a large well known private equity firm and as a local broadcast teacher.

Subsequently, I was offered the opportunity to work for The Bonati Spine Institute where my diverse professional background would soon be utilized. As Senior Vice President of Media, Marketing and Corporate Communications for Bonati, I was able to incorporate my business skills with my on-air talent, including: voice-overs for the Institute, creating and writing our TV/ Radio show commercials and then creating both “AMT” programs from concept through fruition evolving into the show as seen today. In addition, I supervise my talented and professional on-location video production crew [from 2015: Ben, Brittany, Daisey, Jeremiah], creative and social media directors, videographers, researchers, booking/guest coordinators and concierge. Contractually, I negotiate directly with Television & Radio station executives and advertising companies across all media formats.

Concurrently, I’m Executive Producer/Host of: “American Medicine Today” TV/Radio Program.

In a whirlwind of excitement and rapid media growth, my job as host is ever expanding! In our TV and Radio shows,  I am accompanied by Dr. Bonati, co-hosts (Ethan Youker [Co-Host/Co-Producer Radio] and Jeff Wagstaff [Senior Fellow]) and various guests, whom I am eager to meet and interview. Our finger is always on the  pulse of the healthcare industry and medical innovations, so-much-so that we continue to scoop local and national media… sometimes by weeks, months, years.    “American Medicine Today”, also remains at the forefront covering controversial issues within medicine and politics, along with a good mix of seriousness and laughter.

Although my husband (Dr. Alfred Bonati) and I created and produce our show, my husband’s greatest passion and main focus (as a surgeon) is to spotlight other cutting-edge innovations and technologies. Technologies, which stand the test of time and advance the medical field to produce greater results and higher satisfaction for patients.

Our informative and exciting programs air nationally and locally in Tampa Bay, FL, every Saturday.
